New User Registration

PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY TO AVOID A DELAY IN YOUR ACTIVATION!

In order to gain access to the Internet service at your apartment, please completely fill out this registration form.  We require the MAC (Media Access Control) address (also known as a physical address) of your adapter for registration.  If you connect wirelessly, make sure you submit the MAC of your wireless adapter.  If you connect via a cable, make sure you submit the MAC of your ethernet adapter.

Please submit as many MAC addresses as you have for your Internet capable devices.  If you are registering a special device, such as a XBox, PS3, Wii, iPod, etc., please note that after inputting the MAC address.  If you need to register more devices after your initial registration, use this form, your previous ones will not be deleted.

A note about MAC addresses - they are 12 digit hexadecimal numbers that are made up only of the numbers "0" through "9" and the letters "A" through "F".  A sample of a valid MAC might be "00:1a:b2:3c:d4:5e".

Many people try to register the MAC addresses 02:00:54:55:4e:01 or 00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:e0- we guarantee these are not your wireless or ethernet MAC addresses, search further.

By clicking the Submit button, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to RENT Iowa Technology's Usage Policy regarding my Internet access.  I also acknowledge that all information provided on this registration form is true and accurate and I understand if it is determined that I have provided false or misleading information, my Internet service will be deactivated permanently. 

Note:  The form must be fully completed in order for you to be registered.  Incomplete forms will be deleted!
