Upgrade Internet Service

Please use the PayPal link below to request an upgrade to your Internet service.  Upgrade services are provided via cable modem to your unit, you must have an active Mediacom cable connection in your unit in order to purchase an upgrade.  Speeds are up to 12Mbps download and up to 1Mbps upload.  This is a dedicated line for your unit and is a great alternative for heavy uses such as gaming, streaming movies, major downloads/uploads.  Monthly cost is $30/month. 

This is a month to month service, no long-term contracts required.

If you have your own cable modem and just require service, there is no additional start-up costs other than your first month's service.

If you require a cable modem from us, there is a $35 deposit on the modem plus a $10 setup fee. The deposit may be returned after receipt of the equipment within 30 days provided the equipment has not been altered or damaged.

After submitting this request form, we will contact you to setup a time for installation after we have received the appropriate activation codes from Mediacom. Please note - It is currently taking several business days for Mediacom to process orders.
